Problem
Mineral & royalty acquisition companies have to value a high volume of oil & gas lease offers quickly and consistently. Done by hand, that work is slow and uneven.
What I built
An end-to-end pipeline, built solo, that ingests county mineral records, applies pricing logic, and produces reviewed lease-offer output — running in Python with the Anthropic API, Supabase, and Streamlit.
Impact
The tool is in production and used internally by the business. Specific figures — volume handled, time saved, and what it replaced — are being confirmed with the project owner before publication.
